After the last class of my beginners course, where I painted a brandy glass, I set up a small scene at home. This consisted of a wine decanter, with red wine, a wine glass, some pine cones and some evergreen tree cuttings.

Happy with the decanter, but struggled to mix up enough paint for the wine coloured wash (something that i seem to do quite a lot). Not the best painting, but was fun going through the process.
